Remote and hybrid teams come in all shapes and sizes
Your first 3 team members are free, so you can have a mini-trial and see if our solution is for you. As we are building out functionality and developing our platform, the current pricing is kept as simple as possible, if you buy into annual plans we will simply grandfather you in at that rate to our new extended platform. We want you to pay only for the number of people you have on the team. A team member in our book is an email address you add to your team. Our core offer includes our own templates for floor plans and the base pricing is based on $5 per person per month and you save $0.50 per person per month if you prepay for the full year ahead.

A digital office white-glove onboarding experience. We want to welcome you to our digital world and take you on a tailored team tour through the digital office. Our team will help you get started and ensure teams are trained to make the most of our software. Once you have opted into this service we will also invite to our update webinars when we release new features we believe the team will benefit from.
Analytics dashboard
If you would like a specific set of analytics based on your team activity with our platform, we create a dashboard and log-on for dedicated admin users
Custom floorplan
Custom floorplan to include all the seating and meeting space your team needs.
Flat fee $5000 per floorplan
Integrations
If you require specific integrations, we will work together to look at the possibilities to make these happen.
The fee to be confirmed based on the number of requested integrations.
Private server
As a rule, our subscription lives in the cloud, if you would like your own private servers in the cloud we can set these up for you as an additional custom request.

Do you offer multi-year plans?
Of course, we do and we take them on a case-by-case basis.
Do you have a setup cost?
Absolutely not. All plans are month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.
Do you restrict features with a free trial?
The first 3 users are free, allowing you to trial the core features of the platform. If you want to see any add-on functionality, we will gladly show you in a demo.
What is a user?
A user is a single person you have recorded in your account. Think of 1 email address being 1 user.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For annual plans, we also accept Paypal, Stripe, and wire or bank transfers.
Anything special for non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for non-profits. Simply contact us with proof of non-profit status.
